Challenge Georges Mauduit

Deeply touched by three of his international ski champion friends suffering from multiple sclerosis, Georges Mauduit, vice-world champion of the giant slalom in 1966 launched in 2007 a Golf Challenge in favor of the French League against Multiple Sclerosis. G. Mauduit is present on each Challenge's competition all around France. Objectives : The competition informs and sensitizes all the participants to the multiple sclerosis, during a sporting and convivial event, by associating all the committed golf courses and the partners in this noble and generous cause. In addition, it recalls that physical activity is beneficial for both health and morale, and improves the quality of life of patients.
More than 600 players were at the tee 1 of the 9 national competitions at the 2018 Georges Mauduit Challenge, to spend a day of sport and solidarity, to fight together against multiple sclerosis. Thanks to the generosity of all, almost than 30,000 euros have been raised for the benefit of French research against this disease and help for patients.
